Barb Ciancia

Barb is a stay at home mom to six children under the age of seven. She has been sewing slings for a little over three years now. When her fifth child was born, Barb needed a way to carry her that was comfortable for both of them. She couldn't really justify spending a lot of money on a sling if she wasn't sure she'd like it. So, she decided to make one. After that she was hooked on baby wearing!

All of her slings are made with rings specifically designed for slings and weight tested up to 250 lb, and she adds reinforced stitching near the rings for added safety.

Teresa Novick

Teresa (also known as Tia) is a stay at home mom of four under the age of 13. She is a multi-talented artist who expresses her creativity in a number of ways. She is our resident web designer and graphic artist, as well as an accomplished knitter and seamstress. She has been sewing for 15 years and knitting for 3 years.

Teresa often wishes that she could clone herself or add hours into the day because her interests run in so many directions. Her newest passions are hand dyeing wool yarn and experimenting with different styles and types of cloth diapers. She has long drafted her own knit and sewing patterns, and now puts those patterns to good use here for you! She is a perfectionist who demands highest quality of herself so you can rest assured that nothing she makes will be sloppily done!
