Payment Policies

At this time we accept Paypal (including credit card and echeck payments) and RME on all purchases unless otherwise noted in the listing. If you would like to request another payment method, please contact the seller of the item to see what may be acceptable. Unless previous arrangements have been made, payments on Buy Now listings are expected to be made within 1 hour of completing checkout, otherwise they will be restocked, no exceptions. Winning auction bids are expected to be paid within 24 hours, otherwise the won item will be given to the next highest bidder.

Shipping Policies

Patterns will be emailed to the paypal email address of the payment unless otherwise specified during the checkout procedure. Patterns will be emailed in .pdf form as attachments within 24 hours of receipt of cleared payment. Everything else will be shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt of cleared payment. Insurance is optional and not required, however we are not responsible for packages once they leave our hands. We highly recommend purchasing insurance. Purchases totalling $50 or more will be insured at no extra charge. We can and do combine shipping on multiple items purchased from one seller, however we cannot combine shipping on items bought from each of us as we live in different states. If you would like to combine your shipping cost, email the seller after checking out, before paying, and request your combined invoice.

Return Policies

Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt for defects of workmanship or materials only. We cannot accept returns on custom orders or for mis-sizing. We put measurements in our listings so that you can make sure that items will fit before purchasing them. We also cannot take returns if items were damaged in transit and the buyer had not chosen to insure them. If you are unhappy with your shopping experience, please contact the seller so that she can make things right.
